Tokyo’s “Blue Grotto” is back!
The magical street illumination is running till 31 December 2017 between Yoyogi Park and Shibuya, along Shibuya Koen-Dori (Shibuya Park Street), spanning a total of 800m with full of beautiful blue LED lights.
